I have had a form that re-directs to a sign form. This has been working, however all of a sudden this has stopped working and i cannot figure out the reason.
I have changed the www to eu and still doesnt work. I have gone back to www, still not working.
I have refreshed a new link - still not working.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason this is not working is because Jotform Sign documents can only be viewed by the user they are assigned to. I cloned the form to take a look and noticed that the form was redirecting users via a specific link. That link only works for one person, so it would work for a specific test case user, but not every user.
That said, you can make this work for all users by redirecting via a workflow instead. I'll show you how.- Add a workflow from the "Settings" page
- Click "Sign Document" as the next step following the form.
- Add the sign document that you want the user to sign.
- Add the appropriate emails and hit "Save"
This should work for every user. Try that out and see if it works.
