Account Email Change: Verification Code Not Received for Deleted Account Recovery

    I tried to change the email address associated with the account I've been using for several years, but this was declined. Apparently I had created an earlier account using the address I need to use. I then deleted the earlier account. Now, apparently, I need to recover the deleted account, change the email address, delete the account again ... but Jotform hasn't sent me the verification code to recover the deleted account.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A deleted Jotform account will take 30 days before it's purged from our system. Can you share the email address of the deleted Jotform account that you want to recover? We can reactivate it for you to move forward with releasing it to the linked Jotform account.
