I have checked your email address and it seems to be receiving the emails from Jotform. I see some emails were sent after you posted this ticket. I recommend that you check the spam/junk folder, the email could have ended up there.
Let us know if you are still unable to find the emails, we will have another look at this.

TheWearableArtShowHi. I am also working with the Ai chat. My personal email is cgoetz@cogeco.ca. I want to remove secretarytreasurer@thewearableartshow.com from this account. The reason is that I am changing website providers and need to set up new company emails with the new host. I don't want the old host redirecting emails. My personal email is already associated with this account. And apparently I have a guest account under my personal email but that was probably set up a long time ago while I was testing to see if we were going to use Jotform. I just want one account for The Wearable Art Show under my personal email for now.
