How can I disable a form

    This is a form created by a former employee and needs to be disabled. Kindly advise

    Hi Joy,

    You can easily disable your form in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the Form Settings window, click on Enabled in the Form Status option.
    3. In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Disabled.
    4. You can change the Warning Message if needed. Once you're done, click on the Save button at the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.

    When your form is disabled, people who try to open it will see the Warning Message as shown below:

    You can also disable your form based on a specific date, a certain submission limit, or both:
