    Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

From your description and the screenshot details, it looks like you are trying to map Airtable fields to Jotform fields in the integration setup, but many Jotform fields are greyed out and not selectable.

This usually happens when the fields in your Jotform are not compatible with the Airtable fields you are trying to map, or the integration setup requires specific field types to match. For example, some Airtable fields may only accept certain data types, and Jotform fields that do not match those types will be greyed out.

Here’s how to ensure proper mapping:

    1. Check Field Types: Make sure the Jotform fields you want to map correspond in type to the Airtable fields (e.g., text to text, date to date).
    2. Review Airtable Base and Table Selection: Confirm you have selected the correct Airtable base and table in the integration settings.
    3. Refresh Integration: Sometimes re-authenticating or refreshing the Airtable integration in Jotform can resolve field mapping issues.
    4. Field Permissions: Ensure the Airtable base and table permissions allow Jotform to access and modify those fields.

If you continue to experience issues, please provide more details about the specific fields you are trying to map or any error messages you see.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
