Account Recovery: Unable to Access Forms Due to Unknown Email Ownership

I'm trying to access the forms used on our websites. We have had turnover and do not know which email the forms live under. I filled out the recovery request and was denied.

I’m afraid we can’t disclose or move ownership of forms if the account recovery request was denied, since that means we couldn’t reliably verify ownership of the Jotform account behind those form URLs.

What you can still try is:

• Go through the full verification steps again using any possible former company emails (personalized addresses, shared inboxes like info@, sales@, web@, etc.) via this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
• If your websites are managed by an agency, developer, or previous IT contact, ask them which email they used to log into Jotform when they embedded those specific form IDs (243386540256156 and 243387141211145).
