I am not sure what you mean, i have it open and on and it does notw ork even when i switch ai voice on off

- When you speak to Johan AI and it stays on “Listening” without talking back, does it at least show a text reply on the screen, or is there no reply at all (just the timer running)?
- Please try one quick test: open the same link for Johan AI in a different browser (for example, if you’re in Chrome, try Edge or Firefox), allow the microphone again, ask a short question like “What can you help me with?”, and tell me if in that other browser it gives text only, voice + text, or still nothing.

thsi same ai, i have three versions work very well on teh other outpust....thsi one is inside a godaddy website, it does not show text it just site ther after i asked a question

Let’s focus on the GoDaddy-embedded version, since your other outputs of the same AI work fine.
- In AI Agent Builder → Publish → Chatbot (or the style you used for GoDaddy), click Copy Code, then in GoDaddy make sure you pasted that exact, latest embed code into the page (replace any older code, publish/update the page, then refresh the live site and test again).
- If after updating the embed code it still just “listens” with no text and no voice, please share whether you embedded it in GoDaddy as HTML/iframe or via some other widget, because some builders can block or sandbox scripts and we may need to switch to a plain HTML/iframe embed instead.

Do this to isolate the GoDaddy issue, since your iframe code itself looks fine and works independently.
- In GoDaddy’s editor, open the Website / HTML (custom code) section where you pasted the iframe, and in Forced Height remove the 7 and leave it blank (or set a realistic height like 700), then Publish/Update the site and test again.
- If it still just “listens” with no text/voice, temporarily create a new blank page in GoDaddy, add only this same iframe block (no other widgets or scripts), publish, and test there; if it works on the blank page but not on the original, something else on that page (another script/widget) is conflicting and you’ll need to keep the agent on a cleaner page or gradually re-add elements to see which one breaks it.
