Podo: Support SpecialistHi Javier,
It's easy to download your submissions in Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:
- In Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the page in the Inbox tab.
- Click on the Download All button, select the file type you want, and it will automatically start to download.
You can also check out our guide explaining How to Download Submissions in Jotform Inbox.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Kris JotForm SupportHi Javier,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Did you fill out a form and want to download a PDF file copy? If yes, you can reach out to the owner of the form and ask them to send a copy to you. Take note that Jotform provides forms to owners, but we're not in control of the services and the details they're collecting.
If you're a form owner, can you share with us the email address of the Jotform account or the form's link for us to take a look at the issue?
Let us know if you have any other questions.

stevemarkovickHad a similar download issue with submissions that included a terms field and it turned out the export was choking on the formatting of that particular field type rather than the content itself. Worth trying the CSV export instead of PDF if you haven't already — it tends to handle those fields more reliably. If that doesn't work, sharing your form link with Jotform support directly usually gets it resolved pretty fast since they can actually see what's happening on the backend.
