I’m sorry that’s happening, especially with so many people using your form.

To check what’s causing the error, could you please send me either:

    • The direct link (URL) to your form, or
    • A screenshot or copy of the exact error message shown on the final submit step?

Once I have the form link, I’ll check the form setup and help you fix the submit/payment issue.

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for sharing the form link. Based on the information available about form submission errors after payment and review, here are some key points and steps to check and potentially resolve the issue:

    • Check for Incomplete Payments: Sometimes, if a payment is made but the submission is not fully completed, it may be recorded as an incomplete payment. You can check this in your Workspace under the form's submissions by selecting the Incomplete Payments section. From there, you can view details and mark payments as completed if appropriate.
    • Review Before Submission Feature: If your form uses the Review Before Submission feature (especially for card forms), ensure it is properly enabled in the form settings under Settings > Show More Options > Review Before Submission. This helps users review their entries before final submission and can prevent errors.
    • Form Errors to Consider: Common errors like 404 Not Found, Invalid Form URL, form disabled, unique submissions limit, or form over quota can cause submission failures. Verify your form is active, not over quota, and the URL is correct.
    • Clear Form Cache: Sometimes clearing the form cache can resolve submission issues caused by caching problems.

If the error message you see during submission is specific, please share the exact text or a screenshot. This will help diagnose the problem more precisely.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Richard,

To remove the review form part of your form and change the text on the bottom green button to "Register Now," let me help you with that:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Remove the Review Before Submission feature: Go to Settings > Show More Options > find the Review Before Submission option and set it to No or disable it.
    3. Change the button text: Scroll to the bottom of your form in the builder, click on the green submit button, and edit the button text to say Register Now.

This will remove the review step and update the button text as you requested.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Richard,

It appears that the Review Before Submission option is available only for Card Forms in the Settings under Show More Options. If your form is a Classic form, this option will not appear there.

For Classic forms, the review step is typically added using the Review Before Submit widget. You can remove this widget from your form if you want to eliminate the review page.

Here’s how to remove the review step and change the submit button text:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Check for the Review Before Submit widget: Go to the Build tab and look for the widget in your form fields. If you find it, click on it and then click the Delete (trash) icon to remove it.
    3. Change the submit button text: Scroll to the bottom of your form, click on the green submit button, and edit the button text to Register Now.

This will remove the review step and update the button text as you requested.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Richard,

The review of everything entered, showing in the PDF file, is from the Jotform Sign feature. You can disable this feature. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Next, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
    3. Then, toggle On/Off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation option.

Image-2Then, I checked your form. I noticed there's no account connected to the form's payment integration. You can refer to the screenshot below:

To resolve this, make sure there's a Square account connected to the payment integration since you choose Square. If you confirm you connected a Square account, were you able to replicate the error? If yes, can you share a screenshot and share it with us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
