Hi, I fumbled a few keys on my keyboard or something and a form I was forwarding to someone disappeared completely. I can't find it in my archive or trash folder. It is CONFAB Exclusive Supplier Pricing - 2026 and the company name is Royalton Hotels & Resorts. Help!

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can easily restore archived forms in Workspace. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on Type on the upper-right side of the page.
    2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Forms.
    3. Go to the Archive page in the menu on the lower-left side of the screen, then click on the forms you want to restore.
    4. Finally, click on More on the top of the page, and in the Dropdown menu that opens, select Unarchive.

    Hi Paul,

The form you're referring to is still active on your Jotform account. I accessed it and captured a screenshot. You can see it below:

Can you share a screenshot of your account home screen showing all the forms? That'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners and drag it inward.

    Hi Paul,

Are you referring to the submissions found in Tables or Inbox? If yes, you can check the Trash folder to see if they were deleted. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Inbox on the right side of the screen.

    2. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Trash tab on the top-left side of the page.

    3. Now, check to see if the submissions were deleted.

If your submissions were deleted, you can easily restore them to Jotform Inbox. Here’s how to do it:

    1. While under the Trash tab in Jotform Inbox, select the deleted submissions you want to restore.

    2. Then, click on the Three Dots icon beside the Download All button.

    3. In the dropdown menu, click on Restore. That's it.

Trashed submissions that you don’t restore within 30 days will be automatically deleted. You can check out our guide on How to Restore Deleted Submissions in Jotform Inbox for more information.

If you can't find it, can you share any details of that submission like the email address or name?

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
