Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
It looks like the payment issue is caused by the transaction being declined by the customer’s bank, or the CVV code entered for the card was invalid. If the card details entered seem correct, the customer might want to directly contact their bank for more information about the decline.
