When logging into our account, I am now being asked for an authentication code from my authentication device.
I do not know what this authentication device is, it gives me no information.
There is circular logic in this process that does not enable me to secure an email or text message for this and then forces me to establish a Support Ticket.
Please work with me on this as I want to log in using only my User Name/Email and PW.

If you want to log in using only your User Name/Email and password without the authentication code, you can disable two-factor authentication in your account settings if you still have access to your account.
Let me show you how:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.
- Click on Settings in the menu that opens.
- Go to the Security tab on the left side of the screen.
- Toggle Two-Factor Authentication to Off.
- Enter your Jotform password in the pop-up and click Verify.
- Finally, click on Yes, Disable 2FA to confirm.



If you do not have access to your account to disable this setting, please let me know so we can explore other options to help you regain access.
