Visual Reports: Ability to Copy and Paste Elements or Pages Across Different Reports

I’d like the ability to copy an individual element or an entire page from one Visual Report and paste or insert it into a different Visual Report, even across different forms.

In my workflow, I duplicated a report to create 13 different reports from one form. Later, I wanted to add a specific text box and a cover page to each report. Currently, I have to manually create these elements from scratch in every report, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of inconsistencies. If I could copy and paste an element or page between reports, it would save significant time and help maintain consistency across all my reports.

You can duplicate an entire Visual Report within the same form using the Report Builder's duplicate feature, but this duplication cannot be done across different forms' Visual Reports. This means that adding specific elements like text boxes or cover pages to multiple reports still requires manual creation in each report.

Here is how you can duplicate a Visual Report within the same form:

1. Go to your Workspace page, click on the form, then click Reports at the top and select your Visual Report.
2. In Report Builder, click the three dots icon on the current tab and select Duplicate.
3. You can rename your duplicated report tab and add a description from the same dropdown.

Note: This duplication works only within the same form's Visual Reports and does not allow copying elements or pages between different reports or forms.

While this limitation means you currently have to manually add elements like text boxes or cover pages to each report, your feedback about the ability to copy and paste elements or pages between Visual Reports is valuable and may be considered for future improvements.
