I keep getting this error when i try to integrate from monday.com to JotForm. When I integrate on JotForm everything works and the mapping automatically fills in the data. After I publish the form and fill it out the information doesn't populate to monday.com. So when I go to monday.com and hit the integrate button and search for JotForm and I run through the template when it tries to connect to my JotForm account this error comes up:

    Request failed

    Please try again.

    The most likely causes:

    • The site may be experiencing excessive load
    • The server is down for maintenance
    • There may be a network problem

I've tried everything and have been working on this for hours and I still get this same message.

    Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If so, I reviewed the monday.com Action Logs and can see that there are two failed integrations. The error The dropdown label ‘Admin Events’ does not exist, possible labels are: {1: Division A, 2: Division B} means that the value being sent from the form does not match any of the existing labels in the monday.com dropdown column.

This usually happens if the label was renamed, removed, or if there is a mismatch in spelling or formatting. Make sure that Admin Events exists exactly as is in your monday.com dropdown column, or update the form/integration mapping to match the available labels.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
