MSCUVAI see that I can change the form status to close a form based on a certain time, being my accounts default time zone, but is there a way to do the same for form opening?
I have used the conditional logic of hiding fields until after a certain time/date, but people in different time zones are still able to submit the form as it uses their local computers time, not mine.
Is there a workaround?
Thanks!

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your question about scheduling a form to open at a certain time in a specific time zone, Jotform currently allows you to set the form status to close at a certain time based on your account's default time zone. However, there is no direct feature to schedule a form to open at a specific time in a certain time zone.
You mentioned using conditional logic to hide fields until after a certain time/date, but the issue is that it uses the user's local computer time, which can vary by time zone. Unfortunately, this means users in different time zones might still be able to submit the form earlier than intended.
As a workaround, you can consider using the Appointment field or Time field with a set default time zone for scheduling purposes, but this does not control the form's opening time itself.
For more precise control over form availability by time zone, this feature is not currently supported natively in Jotform.
