    Hi nirradreltub,

I would be glad to address your concerns. Jotform implements 2 factor authentication to keep your account safe from unwanted use, but I do understand your frustration considering your situation. Would you like for me to submit a feature request? If so, can you outline the specifics of your use case and what you would want from this functionality? Thank you!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Brandon: Thanks for your response. Please note that this is extremely annoying. I log into Jotform multiple times a day from different devices depending on my work location. My primary email address is studie@terrainflowers.com HOWEVER two of our forms' NOTIFICAITONS are FOR SOME UNKNOWN reason, prevented from reaching that intray. So we send to ourn purchasing email address as a back up. I recently signed up for text notifications. This is all very disconcerting. Trust me, no hacker is interested in getting into my account and messing up one or two daily order forms! What is a feature request?

    Hi nirradreltub,

I understand your frustration, and I will do the my best to address your concerns. A feature request is a request made to our developers and product teams made on behalf of a customer. In your case, would you like to disable the security that is preventing the emails from going to your primary email based on you logging in from multiple devices?

Let me know if that is correct or if it is something different.
