    Hi Thanh,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Since you deleted about 420 submissions but your upload space has not reset, it is important to note that simply deleting submissions moves them to the Trash, which still counts against your upload limit until they are permanently deleted (purged).

Let me help you with that:

    1. Open your Jotform Submission Table and select the submissions you want to delete.
    2. Click Delete and then confirm by clicking Move to Trash.
    3. Go to the Trashed Entries by clicking the three dots icon in the Submission Table and selecting Trashed Entries.
    4. Select all trashed submissions or the ones you want to permanently delete, then click Delete Forever.
    5. Confirm the permanent deletion by clicking Delete in the confirmation window.

This permanent deletion (purging) will free up your upload space.

Pro Tip: If your upload space still does not update after purging, try clearing your form caches as sometimes the system does not immediately recalculate usage.

Since your account is on the Bronze Plan and has reached its upload limits, you might also consider upgrading your plan to increase your upload space and other limits. Upgrading provides increased storage, more submissions, and additional features. You can upgrade anytime from the Pricing Page.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Thanh,

If you have permanently deleted your submissions but your upload space still has not reset and is over the limit, here are some important points and steps to consider:

    1. Double-check that submissions are fully purged: After deleting submissions, they move to the Trash and still count against your upload space until you permanently delete (purge) them from the Trash.

    2. Clear form caches: Sometimes the system does not immediately recalculate your upload usage after purging. Clearing your form caches can help update your space usage.

    3. Consider upgrading your plan: Since you are on the Bronze Plan and have reached the upload limits, upgrading your plan will increase your upload space and other limits. Paid plans offer increased storage, more submissions, and additional features.

Here’s how to permanently delete (purge) submissions to free up space:

    1. Open your Jotform Submission Table and select the submissions you want to delete.
    2. Click Delete and confirm by clicking Move to Trash.
    3. Click the three dots icon in the Submission Table and select Trashed Entries.
    4. Select all trashed submissions or the ones you want to permanently delete, then click Delete Forever.
    5. Confirm the permanent deletion by clicking Delete in the confirmation window.

After purging, clear your form caches to ensure the system recalculates your usage.

To upgrade your plan, visit the Pricing Page and choose a plan that fits your needs. Upgrading will immediately increase your upload limits.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
