I am testing a Registration Form that I will use for an Event in August. The data is 'sent' to a Google Spreadsheet. If I exceed the number of Submissions in my testing will the data be deleted from the Google Spreadsheet?

    Hi Don,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

If you exceed the total submission limit in your Jotform account, new submissions will still be received, but older submissions may be deleted to free up space. This means that the data in your connected Google Spreadsheet will not be deleted by Jotform itself; however, the form submissions stored in Jotform might be removed once the limit is reached.

To avoid losing data, it is recommended to download your submission data as a backup and consider deleting old submission entries from your Jotform account to free up space. You can also upgrade your account to increase your submission limits.

Regarding the Google Spreadsheet integration, new form data will continue to be sent to your spreadsheet instantly. Keep in mind that changes made directly in the Google Spreadsheet do not affect your Jotform submissions.

    Here are some important points:

    • Old submissions might be deleted from Jotform when the submission limit is exceeded, but this does not automatically delete data from your Google Spreadsheet.
    • It is best to regularly back up your submission data.
    • Upgrading your Jotform account can increase your submission limits.

Let me know if you need guidance on how to download submissions or manage your account limits.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
