deleted pdfs?

I just recieved this email but have never seen this before? do jot forms delete after some time or is there a reason these are deleting?

It says your PDF's are ready for download and will be available for 15 day and deleted afterward

the form is euthansia consent dated april 21 2026

and says 4444.11mbtotal
