    Dear Sirs,

Please note that my company Syndeseas Integrated Solutions Ltd had an account with your side.

I need the last payment invoice (12/11/2025 468 euro) for accounting purposes.

Please forward same to novelseas@gmail.com, as I have no access to the email currently linked to my company's account (dev.syndeseas@gmail.com).

Many thanks in advance for your kind assistance and prompt response.

    Hi Michalis,

Thanks for using Jotform. Invoices are sent by default to the email address associated with your Jotform account. Unfortunately, there is no way to send invoices to a different email address unless you update the account's email. You can also Check Your Invoices directly from your account. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.

If you can’t update your email address because the current one is unavailable and you can’t access the verification email, you can submit the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
