Account Email Update: Unable to Receive Authorization Code on Old Email

    our old email associated to our account is closed as our website and emails are not working any more. when i try to update from admin console they are send an authorisation code to the previous email which is not working any more.Please assist us and get that metter sorted for us so tha we can update our new email and getting our forms notifications there.

    I can help point you in the right direction, but for security reasons only our account verification team can change the main email if you no longer have access to the old one.

    Please do the following so they can assist you:

    • Go to this guide and follow the instructions under account recovery: Recover Your Jotform Account.
    • In your request, clearly include:
      • Your current Jotform username (if you know it).
      • The old email address on the account.
      • The new email address you want to use.
      • A note that you no longer have access to the old email, so you cannot receive the verification code.

    Once the account email is updated, you can then:

    • Log in with the new email.
    • Update your form notification recipients if needed by:
      • Opening your form in Form Builder.
      • Clicking Settings at the top.
      • Clicking Emails on the left.
      • Hovering over your Notification Email and clicking the pencil icon.
      • Going to the Recipients tab.
      • Changing the Recipient Email to your new address and clicking Save.

    If you can share your Jotform username (but not any passwords or sensitive data), I can better guide you on the next steps.
