Email Notifications: Recipient not receiving confirmation emails after form submission

    Hi there,

    I have created a form and included the recipient email address, but when we do a test submission, we do not receive the recipient email confirmation. Can you please look into this and advise?

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form, and it has a notification and autoresponder emails. The notification will be sent to this email: hannah.headley@invitedclubs.com, and the autoresponder will be sent to the email entered on the form. To confirm, you haven't received the autoresponder email, correct?

    If yes, you need to fill out the form completely and provide an email on the email field.
