Workspace: slow loading of the forms/folders list, very delayed navigation between folders, and slow search performance.
Jotform Tables: slow table loading, laggy scrolling between rows/columns, and filters/sorting taking several seconds to apply.

- Browser: Chrome and Safari
- Operating system: MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1
- Connection: Wi-Fi or 5G

I've checked our servers' status here, and everything is currently running normally. I also cleared your form caches from our end as a precaution to see if that helps with the loading speeds. Since you've already tried different browsers, you can also check if the lag persists when using an Incognito or Private browser window, as these help rule out any interference from browser extensions if you have any.
Additionally, if you are using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily to see if the navigation speed improves. If the issue continues, can you confirm if this happens on all of your forms or only specific ones? If possible, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.

From what I can see, the behavior you’re experiencing doesn’t appear to be actual lag or freezing, but rather normal loading time for the data being displayed. The transitions in the interface are consistent with how the system processes and renders larger datasets, especially in Jotform Tables and Workspace views with multiple items.
If you still experience lag or slow loading in Workspace or Jotform Tables, here are some additional suggestions to optimize your experience:
- Try accessing Jotform in an Incognito or Private browser window to rule out interference from browser extensions. Also, if you use a VPN, try disabling it temporarily to see if it improves navigation speed.
- Check if the slowness happens on all your forms or only specific ones. This can help isolate if the issue is related to particular forms.
- Close other heavy applications or browser tabs on your MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1 to free up system resources.
