    I can definitely help with billing. To update or change the credit card used for your Jotform subscription, please follow these steps:

    • Go to your account’s billing page here: Billing on my account.
    • If you are on a paid plan, click the Billing tab on the left side.
    • If you are on the Starter/Free plan, you will not see a Billing tab — instead, go to the Upgrade tab.
    • In the Billing (or Upgrade) section, look for your Payment Method or Billing Details area.
    • Click the option to Edit, Update, or Change your credit card.
    • Enter your new card details (card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address if required).
    • Click Save or Update to confirm the changes.

    Last year when I subscribed to the bronze plan, I paid around $200. This year for the resubscription, I am paying double the price. What is the reason behind this? I need some discount to continue with your subscription.

    Hi Mustafa,

    Looks like the screenshot didn’t come through on my end. Can you send it again? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
