Form Submission: Intermittent Issues Preventing Users from Submitting Reports

    Our crews use this and we've had three people today say they can't submit.

    I know it works sometimes because we've had 60 reports today.

    I did clear cache in the Settings area.

    any thoughts or ideas? or just "try again later sometimes the system gets wonky"?

    I said I cleared cache in Settings and then you showed me how to clear cache in Settings, same thing. so not much help.

    our team has been told "just try later or tomorrow"
