Email Notifications: How to Stop Receiving Unwanted Emails

Can you please stop sending me emails. They are no longer relevant, and I don't know how to shut them off.

I can help you turn those off — it depends on which Jotform emails you’re getting.

If they’re newsletter / promotional emails (news, tips, promotions):

• Click your profile picture/avatar at the top-right of your Jotform page.
• Click Settings.
• Go to the Subscriptions section.
• Uncheck anything you don’t want to receive: Monthly Newsletter, Educational Emails, Jotform Promotions, Inspirational Articles, or toggle Turn off all Jotform emails.

If they’re digest emails about form submissions:

• Go to your My Workspace page.
• Click Filter at the top-right.
• In the dropdown, click Clear All, then check Reports.
• Check the box next to the Digest report(s) you no longer want.
• Click Move to Trash, then click Delete Report.

If they’re reminder emails to fill out a form:

• Open the form in Form Builder.
• Go to the Publish tab.
• Click Email on the left.
• Choose Schedule a Reminder Email.
• Delete the reminder schedule.
