The current email id associated with our account is no longer accessible, we want to update that email ID to my email id. The old email is is - varun@fairfest.in and the updated email id should be - muskan@fairfest.in

Podo: Support SpecialistYou can’t change the account email from our side, but you can update it directly from the account settings if you still have access.
Since you mentioned the old email is no longer accessible, please first try to regain access or follow the steps in this guide to get back into the account: Recover Your Jotform Account.
Once you’re logged in to the Jotform account registered under varun@fairfest.in, you can change the account email to muskan@fairfest.in by doing the following:
- Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
- In the menu, click on your name to open your Account Page in a new tab.
- On the Account page, click Edit on the right side of your current email address.
- Enter muskan@fairfest.in as the new email address and click Save.
- If email-change verification is enabled, enter the code sent to the current account email (if you can access it), then click the verification link sent to muskan@fairfest.in to finalize the change.
If you can’t recover access to the old email at all, please let me know whether you can still log in to the Jotform account (with username/password or social login), and I can guide you on the next best steps based on that.

UdasiHi thanks for your guidance. However as i said i sont have access to the previous email but i am able to log in to the Jotform account (with username/password or social login). Please let me know if you can suggest the next steps.

Changing the email address of the Jotform account still requires verification. That's why a verification code will be sent to the present email address. I understand you don't have access to the current email account. That's why our AI assistant shared this link for you to fill out a form. Once approved, a member of a team will reach out and help you set a new email address and password on the Jotform account.
