BagigosHi, I'm trying to update to our new company email and I'm having a hard time doing it. When I get to the enter 6 digits here I never receive an email with the code. I keep resending email but nothing is happening. What can I do?

Consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid future issues. Also, make sure your form's email fields and conditions are set up correctly. To prevent email bounce issues, please use valid, correctly formatted email addresses. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help

Option 1: Account Recovery Form
If you can’t update your email address because the current one is unavailable and you can’t access the verification email, please submit the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it.
Option 2: Disable Verification for Email Change
You can also turn off the verification for changing the account email address. Here’s how:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.
- Select Settings in the menu that opens.
- Go to the Security tab on the left side of the page.
- Uncheck the box next to Require Verification to Change Email.

Option 3: Change Email via Account Settings
You can also follow the detailed steps on how to change your account email address through the Account Settings page.
