I have not received the funds that were paid from a form. My stripe account is connected and live.

Since your Stripe account is connected and live but you haven’t received the funds, I’ll need to check the specific form setup. Could you please share the form’s URL or the direct link you send to your users so I can look into how the Stripe integration is configured there?

    Hi secondselfdance,

Thanks for sharing your form link. Since your Stripe account is connected and live, but you haven't received the funds, here are some important points to check regarding your Stripe integration with Jotform:

    • Ensure that your Stripe payment settings in the form are correctly configured, including the payment mode set to Live (not Test).
    • Verify that the payment type (e.g., Sell Products, Collect Donations) and currency are properly set according to your needs.
    • Check if the payment is set to charge the customer immediately or if it requires manual capture.
    • Review your Stripe dashboard to confirm if the payments are marked as successful or if there are any pending or failed transactions.
    • If you are using reusable payment connections, ensure the connection is active and properly linked to your form.
    • Stripe Checkout supports multiple payment methods; make sure the payment methods you want to accept are enabled in your Stripe account settings.

If all settings appear correct but you still haven't received the funds, the issue might be on Stripe's side or related to payment processing delays. You can also check your Stripe dashboard for any alerts or messages regarding your account or payments.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
