Good Morning! I am trying to resest my password, but every time I try (no matter how quickly I rush to change it after receiving the email with the reset link), the system tells me that the password reset link has expired. It's maddening - can you please help?

Podo: Support SpecialistYour email address was previously in a block list, but it has been removed now. The reset password email was successfully sent on April 21, 2026. Please check your spam or junk folder, and consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to ensure future emails arrive properly. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help

Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

that's what i have been doing, but when i enter the new password, it tells me that the password reset link has expired. i am visiting the link IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the link.

Note that the error typically occurs when the password reset link you received has expired. Password reset links are time-sensitive for security reasons and need to be used shortly after they are sent. I would suggest trying to do it in another browser and clearing your browser's cache to see if the issue persists.
Also, you can Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked.
