Good Morning,
I need to update my card and went to login. It's telling me that it is past 90 days, and I need a password reset. I have tried resetting my password and keep getting this message: "Password reset code has expired. Please issue a reset request again."
Please assist ASAP.
Thank you,
Tiffany Brimberry

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Tiffany, I can help with that.
To assist you with the password reset issue, I first need to locate your Jotform account — could you please provide either:
- The email address you use for Jotform, or
- Your Jotform username?
Once you share that, I’ll proceed with the next step to get your access and billing/card update sorted.

Podo: Support SpecialistAccording to our logs, the emails were successfully sent to drbrimberry.solsticewillow@gmail.com. Please check your spam or junk folder. You may also consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid future issues. Additionally, ensure your form's email fields and conditions are set up correctly. To prevent email bounce issues, please use valid, correctly formatted email addresses. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help
If you're still having issues with your password, you can follow the steps in the How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide.

I have accessed the emails and it isn't working. I need to talk to an agent.

Jan JotForm SupportHi Tiffany,
The 'Password reset code has expired' message usually happens when the link reaches its time limit or if an older link from a previous request is clicked. It's easy to fix. First, delete all previous Jotform password reset emails from your inbox so you don't accidentally click an old link. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.Reach out again if you need any other help.
