    Dear Jotform Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek your technical assistance regarding two specific requirements for my forms:

    1. TWINT Payment Integration:

I am looking to integrate TWINT as a payment method on my form. However, I noticed it is not available in the direct payment integrations list. Is there a way to enable TWINT through a third-party gateway like Stripe or Payrexx? If so, could you please provide the steps to configure it?

    2. Multiple Payment Methods in One Form:

Currently, the system only allows me to select one payment integration per form. I would like to offer my customers multiple options (e.g., Credit Card via Stripe and another local method). I understand there might be a workaround using the "Multiple Payment Form" method (nesting forms via the Iframe Embed widget). Could you please provide a detailed guide or a link to the latest documentation on how to achieve this correctly?

I look forward to your detailed guidance on these matters.

    Best regards,

    Fathi Khaled

    Hi Fathi Khaled,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Regarding your inquiries:

    1. TWINT Payment Integration

TWINT is not available as a direct payment integration in Jotform, and there is no direct support for enabling TWINT through third-party gateways like Stripe or Payrexx within Jotform's current payment integrations.

You may want to explore if Payrexx or Stripe themselves support TWINT as a payment method on their platforms, but Jotform does not currently provide a way to configure TWINT through these gateways inside the form builder.

    2. Multiple Payment Methods in One Form

Jotform does not natively support multiple payment gateways in a single form. However, you can offer multiple payment options using a workaround called the "Multiple Payment Form" method, which involves nesting forms via the Iframe Embed widget.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Create a Main Form: This form will include a Single Choice field (e.g., labeled "Payment Method") where users select their preferred payment option.
    2. Create Separate Payment Forms: Build individual forms for each payment method you want to offer (e.g., one form with Stripe integration, another with a local payment method).
    3. Get the URLs of Each Payment Form: You can find the form URLs in the Publish tab of each form.
    4. Embed Payment Forms in the Main Form: Use the Iframe Embed widget to embed each payment form into the main form. Set the Frame URL of each Iframe Embed widget to the corresponding payment form URL.
    5. Set Conditional Logic: Use Show/Hide Field conditions in the main form to display the appropriate embedded payment form based on the user's selection in the Payment Method field.
    6. Remove the Submit Button: Remove the submit button from the main form so users submit via the embedded payment forms.

You can find detailed instructions and a user guide on this method here: How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment Form and How to Update the Multiple Payment Form.

If you need further assistance with setting this up, feel free to ask.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
