Hello. We have jotform on our website Volunteer with Us! – Go Forth & Clyde.
An ex employee set this up and is no longer with the organisation. Can you please help me to gain access to this and/or reset the password? I have uses the forgotten password function, but have not received the email. The email address I have access to is info@goforthandclyde.org.uk, but it is possible the ex employee used the email address jocelyn.lockhart@goforthandclyde.org.uk.

Podo: Support SpecialistI can help point you in the right direction to regain access to the Jotform account.
Since the original account owner is no longer with your organization and the password reset email isn’t coming through, the best next step is to submit our official account recovery form so our team can verify ownership and help you regain access:
- Go to this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
- Scroll down to the form on that page.
- Fill out the form with:
- Your organization details (Go Forth & Clyde).
- The possible account emails (info@goforthandclyde.org.uk and jocelyn.lockhart@goforthandclyde.org.uk).
- The URL of your “Volunteer with Us!” form or the page where it’s embedded.
- Any other proof that shows the form belongs to your organization (website, official email, etc.).
- Submit the form so our dedicated team can review and contact you.
If you’d like, you can paste here the URL of the volunteer form from your website, and I can help you identify the likely account email to mention in the recovery request.

Kyle JotForm SupportHi Robert,
Thanks for using Jotform. I checked the embedded form and it's linked to the account email g*f***h**dc*****6@g***l.com. If you know this email, you can log into that account. You can also reset your password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.Reach out again if you need any other help.
