gbbventureI cloned one form and changed the title for the form.
When I open the link, the title shows as Clone of 6th HIS - Morocco - Sponsor Attendee Details - 5 when I have changed the name to 6th HIS - Morocco - Sponsor Attendee Details - 6

Podo: Support SpecialistHi GBB,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
When you clone a form in Jotform, the new form's name is prefixed with "Clone of" by default. Changing the form's name alone does not update the title that appears in the browser tab. This is because the Form Name and the Page Title (the title shown on the browser tab) are two separate settings and need to be changed independently.
Let me show you how to update the title that appears on the browser tab:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Form Settings from the left panel.
- Click on Show More Options.
- Scroll down to the Page Title field and enter the title you want to display on the browser tab.
If you want to rename the form itself (the name shown in your Workspace), here’s how:
- Go to your Workspace page.
- Click on Filter at the top and uncheck all asset types except Forms to display only forms.
- Hover over the form you want to rename, click on More on the right side.
- In the dropdown menu under the Form column, click Rename.
- Type the new name and press Enter to save.
This way, you can ensure both the form name and the browser tab title reflect your desired text.
For a visual guide, you can watch the video How to Clone and Edit Forms on Jotform, especially the part at 0:28 where it shows editing the form title.
