I think I paid $41 for a month subscription but want to make sure. I do not want a yearly subscription.

To make sure you’re on a monthly plan and not yearly, you can quickly confirm it from your Billing page.

    Here’s how to check it:

    • Go to your Jotform account and log in.
    • Click your Avatar (profile picture) at the top-right of the page.
    • Click Settings from the dropdown menu.
    • On the left side, click the Billing tab.
    • There you’ll see your current plan, amount charged, and billing period (monthly or yearly), as well as your next renewal date.

You can also open this page directly here: Billing on my account.

If your account is on the Starter/Free plan, you won’t see a Billing tab; instead, you should click the Upgrade tab to view and manage available paid plans and their billing periods.

If you’d like, tell me your current plan name (e.g., Bronze, Silver, etc.), and I can guide you on what the monthly charge should look like so you can compare it with the $41 you mentioned.
