I am testing your pdf filler sign process.
Is there a way to delete the test forms that came in?

Also the header and subheader won't change.

    Hi myhillals,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding deleting the test forms that came in, you can delete fields in PDF Editor by following these steps:

    1. In PDF Editor, click on the form field you want to delete.
    2. Click on the Trash Can icon under the field to delete it.

For the header and subheader not changing issue, you can add and customize headers and subheaders in PDF Editor as follows:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover over your form and click on More.
    2. Click on Open PDF Editor, then click on the Add Element menu.
    3. Drag and drop a Heading element to your PDF.
    4. Click on the Gear icon below the Heading element.
    5. In the Heading Settings window, enter your Heading, select font, size, and color.
    6. If you want a Subheading, check the box next to it, enter your text, and customize it.

    Hi myhillals,

Let me help you with that:

You can use a field as the submission Header or Subheader in Jotform Inbox. Here’s how to set it up:

    1. In Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the page in the Inbox tab.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Inbox Settings.
    3. In the menu that opens on the right side of the page, scroll down to Header Settings.
    4. Under Select Field to Use as Header/Subheader, choose the field you want to use as the Header or Subheader.

    Hi myhillals,

Since you have already set the header and subheader in Jotform Inbox and the issue persists, it might be related to a specific bug or a technical issue with your account or form.

To assist you better, could you please provide more details about what you see when you try to change the header and subheader? Also, if possible, share a screenshot or describe any error messages or unexpected behavior you encounter.

Once we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi myhillals,

Entries made to Jotform Sign Documents, even test submissions, can't be deleted. I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Reach out again if you need any help.
