delawareinclusivefitnessI need a hybrid option. I need an account that me and my 1 (one) partner can both use and collaborate with. I do not need two separate accounts as we are in the same nonprofit together. As a trainer of disabled children, I create the workouts and she does speech therapy with the kids. We need to be able to both be able to edit the same form.

Lorenz JotForm SupportHi delawareinclusivefitness,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can take advantage of the Form Collaboration feature. It allows you to share the collaboration link to multiple people, and work on the same form. Let me walk you through it:
- On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
- In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

Let us know if you need any more help.

Is there a way to have a real discussion with someone? The issue is more complex than that.

Sheena JotForm SupportHi Ngano,
We don’t offer phone support, but we’ll guide you through everything right here. Could you provide more details about what’s going on and tell us why the collaboration feature won't work for your requirement? This will help us understand your issue better and assist you more effectively.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Ugh! - I created an App. It has 7 forms and 7 tables for the forms. On pg 2 of the app it has a workout scheduler. When I use a form to create the workout I submit it and my partner (doesn’t have JotForm) gets it - she can’t make changes to it. She also has problems seeing anything I schedule on the app and seeing the forms in the tables.
I need her to make changes to it. I need her to see everything I can see. COLLABORATION does not work since she is not on JotForms and we don’t have an enterprise account. I hardly think the two of us need a full enterprise account and we wouldn’t want to pay for one.
Other than cancelling this service and going with a competitor- what can we do.

Adrian Besilla JotForm SupportHi delawareinclusivefitness,
I understand you and your partner need to collaborate on the same forms and app content, but your partner does not have a Jotform account and you do not want to upgrade to an Enterprise plan.
Jotform's standard plans are designed for individual users, and sharing login credentials is against our Terms of Use. The Form Collaboration feature allows multiple people to edit the same form simultaneously via a collaboration link, even if they don't have a Jotform account. However, this feature only applies to editing forms in the Form Builder and does not extend to editing submissions or app content.
Since your partner needs to make changes to submissions and see scheduled workouts and tables within the app, and because you are not on an Enterprise plan, the collaboration options are limited. Enterprise accounts provide multi-user access with full permissions to forms, submissions, and app content, but they come with additional costs.
Unfortunately, without an Enterprise plan, there is no built-in way for your partner to fully edit app content and submissions within your account. You can find more details about collaboration and sharing here: Understanding Form Collaboration.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Ok well then how much is a nonprofit (we are one now) for two users cost? I mean, it really seems like you miss out on small businesses with this attitude towards entities like us. True partnerships need more functionality.

Adrian Besilla JotForm SupportHi delawareinclusivefitness,
If you're interested, contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
- Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
