You can disable certain AI features to improve your experience. Let me show you how to disable the Voice option on your AI Agent to limit communication to text-only:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the page to open the Standalone Settings.
- Toggle Voice to the Off position.

It is currently not possible to disable all the AI assistant or AI features in your Jotform account. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Davenport_jrad, I'm not sure which plan you have, but on the Enterprise plan, I seem to be able to go to turn off all the AI features.
With that said, I know I've turned this off at least once or twice, but it has come back on recently. So, clearly, I need to go make sure my staff know that they should NOT turn on the AI features. Ugh.
