    Hello,

I have an enhancement request for the Save and Continue Email, it would be amazing if it could be revised to allow for additional fields to be added into the subject line and/ or email content other than the Form Title, similar to the other emails that the system allows to be set up.

    thank you

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can customize the Save and Continue Later email, including the subject line and email content, by editing the email template in your form settings. Currently, the Save and Continue Later email allows you to edit the subject and content, but it primarily includes the Form Title and the session link by default.

To customize the Save and Continue Later email:

    1. Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder.
    2. Select Show More Options at the bottom.
    3. Scroll down to Continue Forms Later and ensure it is enabled.
    4. Click Customize Save and Continue Later Email to open the email template editor.
    5. Edit the email subject and content as needed. However, the system currently limits the subject line to the Form Title and does not support adding additional form fields dynamically like other notification emails.
    6. Save your changes when done.

At this time, the Save and Continue Later email does not support adding additional fields into the subject line or email content beyond the Form Title, unlike other notification emails where you can add dynamic fields to the subject line.

Your suggestion to enhance this feature to allow additional fields in the Save and Continue email subject and content is valuable. Our support team may consider this for future updates.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
