Every time I try to open a application, I need to submit a verification code, and that request is sent to our executive director. Is there any way that the request to enter the varication code can be sent directly to me, fredibrown@jewishfreeloan.org? Or can we get that need for a verification code removed from our account? Thank you for your assitance.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Fredi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the verification code you need to submit every time you open an application, this code is part of Jotform's security system that appears when the system detects multiple devices or locations trying to log in to the same account. Unfortunately, this authentication code requirement cannot be removed from your account.
The verification code request is sent to the email address associated with your Jotform account. If you want the verification code to be sent directly to your email (fredibrown@jewishfreeloan.org), you would need to change the primary email address of the Jotform account to your email address. However, please note that each Jotform account can only be associated with a single email address.
Also, keep in mind that Jotform's standard plans are for individual single-user accounts, so only one login session can exist at a time. If multiple users need access, you might want to consider Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users.
Let me know if you want guidance on how to change your account email address or if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
