error and unable to submit

I can't find any field empty please help me fix this form it seems like a bug

Here’s how to do it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. Click on Settings, then Emails.
3. Hover over your Notification or Autoresponder, then click Edit.
4. Check the Email tab and make sure the missing question is included in the email content.
5. Turn off Hide Empty Fields in the Advanced tab if you want unanswered fields to appear, then Save.

If the issue continues, you can also delete the current notification or autoresponder and add a new email in the Emails tab.
