I'm afraid that it is not currently possible to translate the text in=side the dialog box.
I have created a feature request ticket and will be forwarding it to our backend team for possible implementation. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we are looking into this. Based on the update from our development team, users will be able to see the mentioned add to home page module in the desired languages on the Jotform applications you have created by using the language variant in the URL. For example, when users view your form at https://www.jotform.com/app/{AppID}, they will encounter the module in English. However, when the application link is loaded with the relevant language extension URL (https://www.jotform.com/{Language}/app/{AppID}), your users will see the module in the target language. This language setting will be automatically displayed in accordance with the account language settings for users with a Jotform account, while guest users without an account will see the module based on the language extension of the link they accessed.
