I have a file uploads option on a form, and the form submissions are sent to a work email. When they receive the email, they can see the submitted responses, but are unable to access the uploaded files. How do I grant others access to those uploads so that I don't have to personally download them and forward them to the work email myself?

    Hi Megan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
    2. Select Settings to open your account Settings page.
    3. Open the Security tab, then click on Send Verification Code and enter the code sent to your account email.
    4. Find the Privacy section and uncheck Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files.

After that, people who receive the submission email should be able to access the uploaded files without logging in.

If you are unable to uncheck this option, your account may be subject to required security settings such as HIPAA or completion of the KYC User Verification process, and in that case the option cannot be disabled.

As a workaround, you can share the submissions or uploaded files with others by sharing the access link or inviting users via email to your Tables or Inbox.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
