Submission Alerts: Set up notifications for incomplete payments

It would be really useful if you could set up an alert for submissions with Incomplete Payments

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A notification to send a reminder of incomplete payments is unsupported. Before we raise this to our developers to open a feature request, can you confirm if the notification will be sent to the form owner only, the form user, or both?
