celtick9academyI have a student who is unable to read, sign and submit the liability form I have attached after the registration is submitted.
I don't experience this when I fill out and submit the form. Any suggestions to how to trouble shoot her issue?
This is what she told me "I've tried multiple times without success. I get the application done, hit submit, and then it immediately takes me to the Liability Form. "Start Filling" appears momentarily and disappears....and I am unable to fill in the blank form that appears (which is why I printed what I could and mailed it to you). "
This is not a rush, but just something to resolve.
Thank you.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Meriann,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Here’s how to do it:
- Log out of the account and clear the browser cache and cookies, then log in again.
- Try a different browser or a different internet connection to see if the liability form loads correctly.
- Check the form status and make sure the form is not disabled or deleted.
- Confirm account limits and make sure there is available submission space on the account.
If the issue continues, the form submission page may not be loading correctly, and the steps above are the recommended troubleshooting actions from our knowledge base.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Silvano JotForm SupportHi Meriann,
Is it only affecting this specific form filler? If yes, can you share the link to the Liability Form manually and let the student fill it out directly? Also, if it only happens for this specific form filler, I suggest letting him/her clear his/her browser's cache as this might possibly be an issue with their browser. Here's a guide on how to do that. As a precaution, I've also cleared your forms' cache to refresh your account and forms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
