AbihabibOver the last 2 months, we identified instances where the PDF of the submission is not being added to OneDrive via the native integration. As these came in, we'd review the Action Logs for the OneDrive integration and found that the submissions that failed to post a PDF to OneDrive weren't even listed in the Action Logs for the integration. There was no record (success or failure) to indicate an attempt by Jotform to upload the PDF to OneDrive.
Please advise on troubleshooting next steps.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Network,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
For OneDrive integration, the available information says that you can review the action’s See Action Logs section to view successful and failed runs. It also says the logs display the integration logs for the last 7 days.
Here’s how to check the integration setup:
- Open the form in Form Builder and go to Settings.
- Select Integrations from the left panel and open OneDrive.
- Check that the OneDrive account is authenticated and the action is saved.
- Verify the Send submission PDF to OneDrive option is selected.
- Open the action’s More menu and choose See Action Logs.
The knowledge base also says OneDrive can be configured with these options:
- Enter folder name
- Create a subfolder for each submission
- Send submission PDF to OneDrive
- Send uploaded files to OneDrive
If the submission is not appearing in the OneDrive action logs at all, I don’t know this information and our support team will handle your request.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Silvano JotForm SupportHi Abihabib,
Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
