I have questions on the monthly fees.

    Is it 30 days? This month is almost over. So the entries carry over to the next month? I have a show in May & June. Entries closer June 15th. Can I just do 2 months?

    Yes, you can only do 2 months of subscription by purchasing a monthly plan, then canceling it after 2 months. As for the limits, keep in mind that the limits reset each month. You can check out this guide on Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and limits.
