silverrose56Is it 30 days? This month is almost over. So the entries carry over to the next month? I have a show in May & June. Entries closer June 15th. Can I just do 2 months?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi CW,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Based on the information available, monthly plans renew each month, and yearly plans renew each year unless you cancel. The knowledge base also explains that monthly usage includes submissions, signed documents, payment submissions, and form views.
In the video at 1:09, you can see the monthly usage section, and at 1:19 it explains that a submission counts only when a form entry is successfully submitted. At 1:53, it also explains that form views are counted when the form loads.
The knowledge base does not include information about whether entries carry over into the next month or whether you can choose a 2-month period for your specific case.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Eiron_O JotForm SupportHi CW,
Yes, you can only do 2 months of subscription by purchasing a monthly plan, then canceling it after 2 months. As for the limits, keep in mind that the limits reset each month. You can check out this guide on Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and limits.
