Account Settings: How to Change Admin Name and Email Address

    I need to change the admin name and email address. It is telling me to contact sales.

    Let me help you with that:

    1. Open your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
    2. Select your name to open your Account Page in a new browser tab.
    3. Click Edit on the right side of your current email address, then enter your new email address and click Save.

    If Require Verification to Change Email is enabled in your account’s Privacy Settings, you will first need to enter the authentication code sent to your current account email address. After that, you will receive an email at your new address to verify it.

    For the admin name, if you mean your username, you can change it from your account settings. If you mean the account email address, the steps above apply.
