Brevo Integration doesn't work

    I spent 30 minutes setting up Brevo integration only to find out it doesn't work. Nearly 100% of API requests failed due to invalid phone number.

    I am using phone field in form and I have a phone field in brevo account. Clearly there is an issue with formatting being sent via API and there is no way to resolve

    Hi Kelby,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the Action Logs of your form's Brevo integration and noticed that the failed ones are due to invalid phone number. Here's a screenshot of my results:

    But I've also noticed that a few of them were successfully sent to Brevo. Here's another screenshot of the Action Logs:

    Can you try removing the Brevo integration and integrating it again? We have a guide here on how to do that.
