    2. Conditional Logic Required

    Please ensure the following logic works correctly:

    • Applicant 2 fields only show if more than one applicant is selected
    • Credit “Provide details” field only shows if Yes or Unsure is selected
    • Previous application “Outcome” only shows if user selects Yes
    • No duplicate or conflicting conditions remain

    Hi Sheron,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and I noticed that you have some fields deleted and all your conditions have missing fields. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Also, I noticed that you only have one Applicant field. If you wish to show the Applicant 2 field, you need to create the same fields as the Applicant 1. You can easily do this by duplicating all the fields. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon to open the Single Choice Properties.
    2. Under the General tab, click on the Duplicate button.

    Once done, you can then reconfigure your condition similarly below:
